Proudly presented by JBS Rockhampton, the 2026 Rockhampton Agricultural Show competitions will open across various dates from 30 April 2026.

This is our invitation to you, our community to showcase your amazing people band their talents, produce, products and animals across Rockhampton’s diverse range of outstanding offering! We’re looking for entries from all ages, stages and abilities, whether you’re a hobbyist, the emerging trend-setter, or a seasoned pro we want to celebrate you and the things you do.

Applications for all competitions (except Showgirl and Rural Ambassador) will be accepted through the online platform Showday. Browse through more information on all competitions, as well as the Competition Schedules and How-to-Enter Guides.

It’s always worthwhile to set aside time to walk through the Pavilions and appreciate the vast range of skills and talent on display, from animal husbandry to the most delicate arts and crafts. Also save some time to watch ringside for the Horse Competitions and the iconic Stud Cattle Competitions.
