        Retail, Food and Showbag Vendor Opportunities Open
Rockhampton Agricultural Show will be hosting its 153rd year in 2026 and we expect bigger crowds than ever.
The Show attracts a diverse demographic of people of all ages, stages and interests, providing you, as the vendor, with a captive and captivating public who have the time and inclination to wander through the retail precincts of the Showgrounds with family and friends.
In 2026, the Show will be held on Thursday 11 (9am - 10pm) & Friday 12 June 2026 (9am - 8pm) *times subject to change.

Site Fees
We offer a variety of site opportunities throughout the Show precinct. Outdoor vendors can be selected for sites at the Cremorne, near the administration office, or on Fairground (right next to the Showbags and the entrance to the rides).
The Walter Pierce Pavilion is conveniently located as the first pavilion on the left for guests entering through Gate 1, a great option if you are looking for an indoor site.
Showbag vendors sites are situated on Fairground, just behind the Walter Pierce Pavilion and close to the rides.

Extras
Power access for all vendors is $55 per 10amp & 15amp outlet and $75 per 3phase outlet.
All site fees and associated costs are inclusive of GST.
TRADE SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications will be assessed based on suitability for the event and the following event selection criteria:
- Preference will be given to applicants with product or experience that will complement and enhance the event.
- The description you provide to explain your product range will ensure duplication of similar vendors does not occur.
- The online presence your business has will be reviewed, including your active social media accounts and website.
- Applicants must meet all requirements, including supplying the relevant documentation (e.g. Public Liability Insurance, Food Business Licence, Workplace Health and Safety Induction)
- Applicants that can trade during full event operating days and hours and have not closed early at a previous event.
- Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it, clean and devoid of waste.
- Vendors that have professional displays/site setup and good signage.
If your site is located in an area without access to power, vendors must bring solar or battery operated lighting. No generators.
Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details around the event, its requirements and terms of trade.
