About the Chefs
Roel Van Camp - CHEF
Originating from Belgium, Roel discovered a deep-rooted passion for his craft from a young age, whilst graduating from culinary school in Brussels. His journey saw him work in restaurants throughout Europe and eventually made his way to Australia.
After 12 years living and working in Australia it was time to put his hand to something new. Roel conceptualised his first pop-up experience in 2018 with Amuse Dining. Since then he has developed his own unique and exciting style of cuisine. Roel started his own business, Amuse Dining, and approaches each dish with meticulous attention to detail, educating his diners along the way.

Jarred Green – CHEF
Currently the Head Chef of The Station 4703 & Zaboys Pizza, Jarred has been cooking professionally all over Rockhampton and Yeppoon for over 18years.
Jarred has catered many local events from Beef Australia, local festivals and small intimate dinners. Even more recently competing in Australia best pizza awards in Melbourne.
Jarred’s main focus is using fresh local and sustainable ingredients while using modern techniques he has learnt along the way.

About the Guest Judge
Pinky Neven - TRIPLE M
Pinky is one half of the Triple M CQ Breakfast Show and has been waking CQ up for the last 9 years. In her spare time she has dabbled in the art of Lemon Butter making which received a first place at the Rocky Ag Show in 2024 and she's been insufferable ever since. Pinky is delighted to be a judge!
