Brought to you by Elders

Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to excel in your professional career or personal confidence? Are you looking to create a lifelong sisterhood of like-minded women who are passionate about uplifting each other and supporting the community?

The 2026 Showgirl Competition offers an incredible opportunity to grow, connect and shine.

Throw out any pre-conceived ideas you have about what the Showgirl program is, because it is so much more. The Showgirl program has been adapted to modern society while keeping traditional values.

Throughout your Showgirl journey, you will have access to exclusive training sessions designed to boost your public speaking, enhance your networking skills, and help you become the most impactful and confident person in any room. You will also learn essential etiquette and presentation skills to help you shine in every setting.

You will also become an integral part of the Rockhampton Agricultural community, paving the way to become a future leader and advocate for the region.

The journey starts right here at Rockhampton Agricultural Show and has the potential to take you to Regional and State Finals at the EKKA.

This is the next step to enhance your personal development.

Applications for the 2026 Showgirl Competition have now closed. We wish all entrants the very best of luck on their journey!
